3. Eligibility

This giveaway is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older.
• Possess a valid Texas Cosmetology License Number.
• Reside in the state of Texas and are local to the San Antonio region. Employees of Mallorca Salon Studios and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate. Mallorca Salon Studios reserves the right to verify the validity and active status of any Texas Cosmetology License Number entered in the giveaway. Failure to verify this information will result in disqualification.

4. Contest Period

The contest will run from May 1, 2024, to May 31, 2024. Entries submitted before or after this period will not be eligible.

5. How to Enter

Participants must complete the online form available on our website with their Name, Email, Phone, Address, and Texas Cosmetology License Number. No purchase necessary. Entries are limited to one per person.

6. Use of Collected Information

Information collected from participants will be used for marketing and future promotional purposes by Mallorca Salon Studios, including email and SMS communications about our offerings. By entering, participants consent to such use of their information.

7. Prize Details

One winner will receive either a Dyson Professional Hair Dryer or Hair Styler, as specified upon entry. The approximate retail value of the prize is disclosed on the giveaway’s landing page and advertising materials.

8. Odds of Winning

The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

9. Winner Selection and Notification

The winner will be randomly selected after the contest ends and notified via email, and posting on our website by June 10th, 2024. The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. Mallorca Salon Studios reserves the right to request a copy of the winner’s government-issued driver’s license or identification to confirm local residence. Failure to produce such documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.

10. Prize

Awarding Prizes will be delivered to the winner by the Mallorca management team as described in the giveaway terms. All details concerning prize fulfillment will be documented for compliance and record-keeping.

11. General Conditions

In the event that the operation, security, or administration of the giveaway is impaired in any way, Mallorca Salon Studios reserves the right to modify or suspend the giveaway.
