Hello, my name is Vickie LaMae Sebree, I’m a Paparazzi Independent Consultant and the founder and creator of VLSSparkle selling BEAUTIFUL BLING ON A BUDGET, my accessories start at $8.00 per piece and there nothing over $35.00. I started selling Paparazzi August 2017 while pursuing my career as a Property Manager, then as a trucker. After 23 years as a Property Manager I decided to retired and pursue my brand VLSSparkle.and dream of obtaining a boutique.

For the past 7 years I have been faithful is promoting events at Senior Apartment Communities, hosting home parties, private parties, wedding events, birthday parties, outdoor & indoor pop up vendor events & church functions.

After obtaining my CDL in 2021 & driving trucks 4 years, it allowed me to secure funding to open my first boutique at Mallorca Salon & Studios, January 2025. My vision & brand VLSSparkle boutique finally came alive 7 years after starting my business in August 2017.

Selling Paparazzi Accessories is just not all about jewelry, its making the impossible situation possible, impacting lives, and providing affordable accessories that will EMPOWER individuals.

Mallorca Salon & Studios Park North Mall location ,#33 is my 1st of many ventures to displaying my brand and beautiful creativity
