Hello, my name is Vickie LaMae Sebree, I’m a Paparazzi Independent Consultant and the founder and creator of VLSSparkle selling beautiful $5.00 Accessories. I started selling Paparazzi August 2017 while pursuing my career as a Property Manager, then as a CDL trucker.  After 23 years in property management industry I decided to retired and pursue growing my brand VLSSparkle.

For the past 7 years I have been faithful in sponsoring events at Senior Apartment Commumties, hosting home parties, private parties, wedding events, birthday parties, outdoor & indoor pop up vendor events & church functions.

After obtaining my CDL & driving trucks 4 years, it allowed me to secure funding to open my first boutique at Mallorca Salon & Studios, January 2025. My vision & brand VLSSparkle boutique finally came alive 7 years after starting the business in August  2017.
